Quick answers to what customers ask us most — from products to shipping and service.

No — all our fabrics are breathable HDPE shadecloth for sun and UV protection, not waterproofing. They soften light rain but aren't a rain roof, and we don't offer a PVC/coated waterproof option. Browse the ranges on our fabrics page.

No — you source poles or posts locally in steel or timber, and we supply all the stainless fixing hardware in our hardware range. Our poles & footings guide covers sizing and where to buy.

We're an online custom manufacturer, so we don't measure or install on-site — sails are made to your measurements and shipped to you. Our measure and install guides make DIY easy, we'll check your figures, and a local handyman can fit it if you'd prefer.

Choose a ready-made sail if a standard triangle or rectangle fits your space, or design an exact-fit custom sail for fixed anchor points or unusual shapes. Not sure? Start with the basics.

Yes — free DHL Express worldwide, with taxes and duties included, so there are no surprises at your door. The exact sail price (by size, fabric and edge) shows live in the configurator.

Monotec 370 (up to 98% UV, 15yr) is toughest; Commercial 95 (95.5%, 15yr) suits high-use areas; Extrablock 330 (95%, 10yr, FR rated) and Shadetec 320 (93%, 10yr) are great value. Compare all four on the fabrics page.

A workmanship warranty matching your fabric — 10 to 15 years — with SolarFix® PTFE thread rated 15–25 years. Keeping the sail tensioned and re-tensioned keeps it valid. See the warranty page.
